has an entirely new approach to health insurance.
We have one goal—to improve the quality of life of our members and physicians.
It all starts with our insurance model. We align with physicians by reducing doctor-insurer friction and increasing visibility into the health of each patient, leading to improved care. Our physicians are able to focus on people, not paperwork.
At Clover Health, we’re also partners in care, using patient-centered analytics and a dedicated care management team to identify potential risks a member may face and directly provide preventive care.
