Introducing the Winter 2022 Issue of Clover Living Magazine

By Clover Health

Clover Living magazine is designed to deliver tips and information about living well, taking care of your body and mind, and understanding Medicare coverage. It’s mailed directly to our members’ homes and providers’ waiting rooms.

In our winter 2022 issue, we focus on everyday opportunities for wellness! We’re putting aside the idea of New Year’s resolutions and instead looking for small, simple ways to make healthier choices. Maybe it’s trying a one-pot recipe loaded with flavor and vegetables. Or sneaking in a few chair squats as you watch TV.

Our very own Dr. Sophia Chang and Dr. Kumar Dharmarajan help us debunk common heart disease myths. And we hear from health experts—and even a Clover Health member—on making healthy changes.
